      Good compensation and you were on your own most of the time. Friendly atmosphere and very informal.

      Long hours if you want to be successful. Not too many other cons with the job.

      great environment for young professionals. Lots of benefits. Everyone there is willing to help you learn and get better for your business. potential to make a lot of money

      not much work / life balance. difficult to live on 35k if you have a family if you havent made a big book of business yet.

(over 3,300 employees nationwide) - Great work environment! There's nothing more rewarding when you can share your success with your co-workers

      its really hard to come up with anything that is a true con. What I can say is that this company expects their employees to be professionals and carry out their core principles. If your not willing to put in extra hours, and go the extra distance for you and your customers, then this is not the right place for you. For those that are willing to work hard and consistently push forward no matter the obstacle placed in front of them, TQL will feel like home.
