TQL reinvests back into itself to keep the technology top of the line. The employees have a lot of input on how to improve our work tools and resources for our customers.

First off these reviews are strictly from TQL recruiters. This job blows... I worked in the Chicago 2 office for almost 2 years and it was a nightmare. Lied to constantly from "upper" (Im still not sure if there's a management structure?) management. Recruiter's will emphasize the beer fridays and tv's with ESPN on all day for a reason... THERE'S NOTHING ELSE THEY CAN TALK ABOUT THAT WILL DRAW YOU IN! Your a little puppy for 3 months (oh wait they actually had my hiring class be assistants for 6 months) You will work 6:45 CST - 4:15 CST (My broker kept me till 5pm CST everyday)
