      Pros

      Money, plain and simple. TQL offers the best of everything, but you should only work here if you want an opportunity to make alot of money.

      Cons

      It's not for everyone, it's hard work and you have to be focused and dedicated mentally, your passion and drive to make money needs to be greater than everything else.

      Pros

      Good group of people. Upper management is always willing to help.

      Cons

      Long hours, high expectations in a saturated market, monitored and micromanaged, frowned upon if you arrive on time or leave on time, since you are expected "more effort". Working on Saturdays and holidays.

      Pros

      Great work environment. Flex time, free workout facility, great people to work with and for. The occasional celebrations when sales records are broken.The company is top of the game in technologies. Constantly improving technologies to improve sales. Great IT department. The opportunity to make it big is only restricted by the person's drive. Company growth is constant and increases each year even in this economy.
