      An amazing experience where I'm constantly being pushed to further how I look at sales and myself as a salesman.

      Pros

      Mentoring encouraged and given freely. Competitive atmosphere while still maintaining team spirit/ comraderie. Incentives constantly given and success depends solely on you.

      Cons

      If not able to handle stress well dont bother. If your not the type of person to always want to do better dont call. If not comfortable on the phone or not a team player this isnt for you.

      Pros

      Great opportunity at TQL, can make a ton of money if you build up your book of business. Environment is fun though it can be load and distracting at times. Good on the job training for both technology (internal platform) and sales cycle. If you prove your worth from a sales standpoint and show leadership there is a lot of opportunity to move up. Most of the sales managers have been promoted from within.

      Cons

      It is a high stress environment but most sales jobs are. You'll be on the phone a lot but if you can't figure that out from the interview process you weren't paying attention.

      You can earn as much as you want

      Cons

      There are not many companies left to call and prospect. Their commissions are lower than several local competitors. If you are considering logistics as a profession, you should consider looking at other companies that are smaller and that pay more percentages in commission.
