      Pros

      -Great Work Environment -Awesome people to work with -Salary decent but no one hardly ever hits their full bonus -Good work/life balance

      Cons

      Unfortunately the Recruiting leads that were put into place was because they were the original recruiters in the Satellite offices and only made sense to promote them into a Lead. Also, they talk a lot about growth opportunities but they only promote within Cincinatti.

      Very rewarding career. Tough job, but very satisying as well. Great paid training and great atmosphere. Gives you every chance to be successful.

      Tough job, but anything worth having in life is worth working for.

      Pros

      There is endless potential for growth, and compensation. The training is great, they really take the time to ensure you have all the tools to be successful. The team is welcoming, and always willing to pitch in and help each other.

      Cons

      You have to be committed to succeed if you want to make it here. I wouldn't call that a Con, but to some, hard work is a deterent.
