Hard/ Unrealistic Goals in a short period of time Messy Co-Workers Cold Calling 90% Turn Over Rate

You are someones workhorse for 4-6 months then thrown into sales with little to no "real" training and are suddenly thrown a goal that you must hit by the end of sales training or you lose your job. The worst part is you have 8 weeks to hit that goal or you get the boot. They dont even consider the fact that you made the company 10's of thousands of dollars while you were there! They hire seriously lack luster sales trainers that sit at their desk and watch youtube all day instead of training you to be better at your job. Do not work here unless you plan to move on within 6 months and want to be burnt out!!!!
