Pros
It has health benefits and a 401 K. You're told to keep integrity with customers, but the company itself has none. Everybody lies to everyone, customers, carriers, you name it. You're just a number the whole time you're there. I saw 14 people leave within my first 3 months, some of them had made it on their own account, but didn't see a future with the company.
Cons
They take, take, take...they're only out to make their money. You work long hours, make calls to people that have heard the same speech before, but yet our customer service is above everyone else. Customers don't care, it's always about saving money and TQL's rates are always too high. Rate Matrix is terrible. My only regret is not leaving sooner, I wasted months working here.
