Very rewarding for those with a strong work ethic
Pros
Working at TQL has been a very rewarding career move. I handle my own book of business from rates with trucks to rates with customers and there is no limit on how many customers I can have. Uncapped commissions and great benefits as well. The office has a team atmosphere and others are always willing to help out. We work hard and we play hard with team outings and patio parties. Wide open work space with no cubicles creates constant interaction with coworkers.
Cons
On call 24/7 and you are tethered to your cell phone when not in the office. Although this may not sound great it is a chance to make money as customers can call at anytime needing a load moved. Long hours, if you cannot put in the time you will not make it. They hours may be long, but the reward is worth it in the end.
