      Pros

      TQL is inviting, and encouraging from the start of your interview process, to the end of each work day. However a fun environment is just a plus on top of an awesome job itself! The work you put in, seems to always pay off, and you're valued everyday.

      Cons

      The training process can seem long, and somewhat repetitive. However, it is set up that way to make sure when you go out on our own you are fully equipped to succeed. I would rather have more time to practice what I need to, then not enough!

      * Uncapped commission, started making 6 figures after 1.5 years on the job. I've now been here 12 years * Freedom to make decisions and develop my own business * Family friendly company *Abundant opportunities to advance in the company; even develop new positions

      * It's a hard job, but no one said it was easy. If you're not mentally prepared to work hard and kill it, then it might not be for you * The hours can be long, but it's your decision on the effort you put in for what you want to get out of it.

      good atmosphere, great people, great team

      the 6 month training process has additional hours and Saturdays which isn't the most ideal scenario, but after training the hours are perfect.
