      Pros

      TQL pushes every team member to be the best they can. There is a work hard-play hard environment here that is conducive to success. The teamwork and comradery I've experienced is unlike any job I've ever had, and the friendly competition drives us all to do the best we can. I have been here almost a year and have learned so much about this industry and how to be successful in any position.

      Cons

      The only con is the amount of time one might spend working outside of office hours, but I was informed of this before accepting the position. I also understand great success requires great effort.

      Pros

      Coming into TQL, this was a foreign environment for me. I had zero knowledge about logistics or even how essential an admin can be at our company. I feel encouraged and motivated by my team, I have their full support just as they have mine! The environment is truly "One team, one goal." Whether sales, customer support, marketing, or recruiting we are all bonded by the idea of teamwork and going the extra mile. Unlike most administrative positions you have a chance to train or learn different skills in other departments which is also a plus. This company is everchanging and constantly growing, if you hone a go getter and constantly open to new ideas and efficient ways of making us better.

      Cons

      Though this is not a con in my eyes, things are ever-changing here. If you see gray area as a challenge that can be overcome rather than an obstacle you are well on your way!
