      Pros

      There are many great reasons to work at TQL. The workplace environment is great, and TQL really embodies what it means to be apart of something much bigger than yourself. As far as management goes, I personally could not ask for a better Group Sales Manager on the International side. All the GSM wants is for us to succeed and make the most money we can! I feel as if he always has my back when it comes down to the nitty gritty. I love where I am at, and I love what i do!

      Cons

      Honestly, there are no cons to the Job. It is a place where you get out of it what you put in, so if you are lazy and dont want to work...then you may not get the most out of the commission side of it.

      TQL offers a great work environment and a very valuable training program to get you up to speed very quickly. They provide a platform to succeed and with the right work ethic, the sky is the limit! Fantastic company culture.

      Cons

      Logistics is a business that requires a lot of time and energy to be successful. Sometimes there are issues that have to be taken care outside of the regular business hours.
