      Pros

      If you want the opportunity to change your financial future around in two years, this is it. It won't be easy, you'll be challenged - however - those that own the process and persevere day-in & day-out can ultimately succeed here. This is a result first expectation, then play hard atmosphere/culture. You will be given the tools and coaching consistently to understand exactly what is expected and follow in the footsteps of other successful brokers that did just that. The current economic climate will likely require you to make $100k/yr+ in the future to afford a lifestyle for a family - those that don't have specialized degrees/certificates, this is a place that can offer just that with upward leadership mobility.

      Cons

      You will have to become obsessed with your craft in order to be successful - just like any business venture. It will take sacrifice in order to make it - own the entire process from A to Z. Early mornings, late nights, calls/texts/emails afterhours can occur pending your customer base - some will be more demanding than others.

      Pros

      The opportunities for growth are endless and it all comes down to how hard you want to work. There is no ceiling to how far you can go at the company and that has created a culture where your peers are hungry and want to compete with one another to grow.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides would be that as a broker, this job demands that you be on call 24/7. This makes it hard for the other people in your life because they have to deal with someone who is constantly on call, but that is just part of the job.
