      - Uncapped Commission - Freedom to work w/ your customers based on how you built the relationship/what their needs are - Continued Educations from Leadership in regards to your personal development in success. My development has continued from the moment I started, and has helped me get to the position I'm in now.

      Cons

      - Long hours, especially as you start out, but worth it as you begin to see the reward in your pay checks. This position is not for those who have a clock in/clock out mentality.

      - We are 24/7 so being available for your customers can be consuming, but it's well worth it when you know your helping your customers!
