Incredibly toxic culture throughout the company. Tone at the top is felt at every level - glorifying overwork, equating worth with productivity, shaming rest, constant rhetoric about working harder not smarter. Pay is under market, zero flexibility, benefits are awful, management buys into the toxic hustle and toxic masculinity culture. Very little effort is put into employee retention or appreciation beyond free donuts and pizza. All "fun" activities for employees are done after work. Very little diversity, high amount of sexism, racism, and even ableism. Do not work here.
