BCBA's are personable and responsive Salary is comparable Healthcare is provided for BT's only if full time

Cons

Not consistent supervision BCBA's overloaded Training is rushed and confusing

The people I worked with as fellow RBTs, for the most part, were great people with solid work ethic.

Cons

It comes with the territory, but expectations and responsibilities exceeded adequate pay.
