      Pros

      -Rewarding experience watching clients grow and helping to improve their lives. -They pay for RBT training time and certification cost. -Practicum supervision opportunities for those seeking to become BCBAs.

      Cons

      -training is very rushed -frequent major structural changes to system processing and employee job performance expectations, hard to adjust to -pay is lower than average -very little room for growth and less you are considering higher education -it is rare that you will have any mileage covered as the circumstances in which they will cover your mileage are very rare -hours are very inconsistent -you don’t have contact with coworkers often and it can get kind of lonely.
