      Cons

      I personally had an awful experience with the corporate office. Because therapists provide remote therapy, the office and the scheduling team was extremely disconnected from the actual work that was being done. They were very strict and would write you up for minor things. They also claimed to be flexible with scheduling, but if you worked less than what they wanted you to, you would be disliked by the scheduling team. The scheduling team had clear favorites and it was usually people that were able to pick up extra shifts and work more hours.
