Pros

Total Spectrum is an AWESOME place to work! It is such an encouraging environment, and it is a great way to get involved and move up in ABA. I have received a lot of great feedback from my supervisors, and a lot of encouragement as I begin working on my Masters in ABA. The scheduling team is amazing and responds within a few hours at most, the billing department is on top of everything, and all my supervisors are great! The company is really built so you can start from the bottom and grow- especially if you are pursuing ABA.

Cons

Can't think of any!

Pros

Nothing beats working for a family owned company, they truly take care of their employees and aim to provide the best care for their families. I've learned so much working here and still have much growth potential within the company. The hardest part about my job are the parents, it's such an emotional journey and in home therapist is very personal so it's important for employees to respect individual families journeys, show empathy, but maintain professionalism. The best part about the job is the progress we get to see our clients make and the graduation parties we have for them, it's such an exciting thing to discharge kiddos who meet all of their treatment goals. My day to day never looks the same but the flexibility is incredible, especially for employees in the field who have families. I love working here!

Cons

During the school year, work days start later in the afternoon and end later in the evening as we have many school aged children. This job also requires a lot of driving.
