      Being a part of live radio was a gratifying experience

      Cons

      Inexperienced management, poor training and communication. No room for advancement. Pay is comparable to your local burger joint. Iheart treats you like a red headed step child and unwelcome.

      Great local manager understands that there is more to life than just this job. Great place to learn about the news business if you did not have a college internship.

      Cons

      Low pay, but the experience working with the veterans' coaching makes it worthwhile.

      Pros

      Flexibility in allowing time off with good vacation benefits. Nice corporate events like chili-cookoff and fiesta, Holidays and diversity were embraced. Working with people from stations all over the country was amazing.

      Cons

      Deadlines rule, which can add a lot of stress, but also challenging and fun. Everything is outsourced through iHeart corporate, employer-wise, your payroll, and ultimate HR decisios will come from somewhere else.
