Definitely not a bad thing to have on the resume

Pros

You get experience producing, which can be put on your resume technically as either "producing", ""copyright", because what you type goes into GPS systems, and you have the opportunity to be on the air on many different stations around the Bay Area where you can find your niche. I stayed for a couple of years and learned a lot about the business.

Cons

The pay isn't incredible, its definitely rising above 20 plus an hour, but the demand for traffic news isn't as high with things like google maps and Waze, but its fun to talk on the air nonetheless.

Cool place to work, but hard to progress in earnings

Cool place to work with some nice perks likes concerts and sporting events. Many different assets and unique products to sell and find solutions for clients.

Cons

Sales reps budgets get bigger and commissions get smaller every year. Incredibly difficult to grow earnings from year to year. Commission plans have been known to change more than once in a single year.
