      Ability to work independently, with a great team Great product that worked for it's advertisers

      Salary / bonus structure was a little complicated Now Owned by iHeart Media and run very lean.

      Pros

      Work duties were enjoyable for people with a passion for audio and news reporting. You will learn a lot about the culture of radio from seasoned veterans. It can be good place to cut your teeth but don't stay very long. Networking, Networking, Networking.

      Cons

      It will ravage your voice and your sleep schedule. Pay is low for the workload. Anyone working there beyond six months is 'over it'. It bears repeating, DO NOT STAY TOO LONG!
