Great challenging assignments; very good work environment; true work life balance; if you do your job very well (high ratings) you will be highly and rapidly compensated; multiple opportunities for advancement within the plant; there has been improvement in HR vacations and family leave policies (maternity leave, paternity leave, part time and work from home) that really makes a difference.

Cons

Can be bit unstructured compared to other oil majors, great fit for those how have a more fluid nature. The company truly reflects the French culture, this can be an issue with certain personalities. There was poor management communication for career and company strategy in the past and they are truly working on improving this area.
