      Generally well managed company. Benefits are quite good along with career opportunities if you are interested in international work.

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy, very Paris centric view of the world.

      Pros

      Total in the US is a good place to work. The company is investing a tremendous amount in the US right now, which means they are committed to the country and the people who work for them. The management is fair and the people are friendly, especially at the sites in the area. There is a world of opportunity here for employees.

      Cons

      This is a French company and the culture is hierarchical. But once you know that and accept it, you can work efficiently and effectively.
