      Pros

      Some managers will not micromanage. Decent benefits and it is very hard tiger fired. Which leaves incompetent people around too long.

      Cons

      Pay is below industry average. Management is not focused and Will make everything difficult. Back office support is TERRIBLE. Managers Messages communicated to staff not aligned with actions

      Pros

      Neon and Clarix are truly the best products in the wound care industry. Once the customer realized it was a universal allograft, could be used over bone, and didn't have adverse affects they were SOLD.

      Cons

      When I was there, they were in the middle of finalized studies to get reimbursement for the products. This was the most thing about the company because doctors would want to use the product then we weren't able to get it in the facility.
