      Pros

      If you are mobile and open minded, there are a lot of career opportunities given the company's diverse locations and activities.

      Cons

      French run company with almost all french men in the highest positions.

      I've heard good things about working at plant sites, but experience at corporate office has been discouraging

      Pros

      Good compensation, benefits, and some very knowledgeable people around.

      Cons

      High workload. Lacks formal training on technical subjects related to functions. Lacks team building initiatives, coordination, and freedom to make changes. There seems to be an issue with trust and friendliness among some employees, and it shows. Too many reports. Daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports. Reports for peers, reports for managers, reports for Paris.
