Pros

Deir Ezzor Petroeum Co. is one of the best important companies available in Syria. I have developed my communication skills from working directly with Total managers which means I am well prepared to work on high level with other people .

Cons

More benefits and bonus should be given to the employees in order to motivate them and annual assessment should be more accurate

International oil company but still very French!

A major oil company with worldwide operations both onshore and offshore, allowing you to work in an excellent multicultural and diverse environment.

Cons

Although a multicultural international company, with English as the main language for meetings, it does slip into being a French company with regards to starting meetings on time, long lunch breaks etc.
