Pros

You get to work with fun people on shift, not the higher ups though

Cons

No bonuses for holidays No care for employees Very limited vertical promotions Work which is expected of you would cover the work of other departments as well Trigger happy with issuing penalties but very rarely even dish out a nice word or two for a job well done
