Hard working people at the management level who just want to get fairly paid and appreciated. Outgoing president was a good man. Innnnncominnnnngggg ....

Do not make the mistake of offering your opinion. You will pay for it. This company has been built with mid managers that were in one fell swoop promoted to VP's to get the business off the ground. Most of them do not have a clue and will bury you in a day if you fail to get them promoted. The training is hit or miss. The hour are never ending and the goals are unachievable. Con is literally a fear mogul. Lots of !!!!!!! And highlights. Cap letter!!!! Or else!!!! Get it together folks!! Ridiculous.
