Very stressful, no support from management. If you are out of work do not work for this company. Management are back stabbers!!

Good experience. Several jobs in one. Part healthcare/part restaurant management/ part nutrition. Plenty of latitude for decision making. Short handed at time. Have to be able to wear many hats at once.

Cons

Not a lot of training. Learned many things the hard way. I have a wide background of many different types of work experience. A young person would have a difficult time figuring this out without making many mistakes.
