Have always worked with me on the time I could work

Cons

In 2022 they no longer have life insurance available. I'm 66 how can I afford other insurance? No raise for two years but everyone making under $15 got a raise to $15 including new hire. I have been with company for over 8 years making $15.51 . When I went from 35 hrs to 20 I do the same amount of work. I just work harder faster . Not respected anymore. Looking for full time elsewhere even though I like what I do

Pros

The company truly cares about its people and the pay is more than competitive. Senior leadership is very responsive and supportive. I couldn't ask for a better company to work for.

Cons

Work life balance is not ideal but that is due to the current COVID situation and staffing challenges. This is not a normal thing.
