They are some good hardworking work people there.

Cons

It is a small company (Not a start-up) which has been in business a long time and small companies usually stay small for a reason. If you are not adopted into the inner circle forget it.

Pros

Wonderful residents, beautiful and comfortable buildings, some wonderful co-workers, as well as some members of management and corporate. Had annual Touchmark University that a small portion of employees were allowed to attend-had some wonderful speakers and met some great professional people.

Cons

When people asked me about my job I always said, "its o.k., but they fire a lot of people." Guess what? After 10 years, that included me. Some co-workers, as well as some members of management.

Nice facility with plenty of amenities for patients and community, wonderful patients who are treated with respect and kindness, stable company.

Cons

Shady hiring processes, no ability to train for certain positions, high turnover of staff, inexperienced management with a high rate of turnover, low salary range for most positions.
