Decent company to work for. They just need to look at the big picture more.

Pros

Rank and file Staff and Faculty are for the most part great people to work with. Mare Island location has alot of history behind it.

Cons

Upper management (espicually in New York) treats employees as cattle sometimes. Saleries need to be brought up the industry standards for non faculty positions.
