Work with some great people,

Cons

They do not pay their staff well. They love to add to your job description without any extra pay. They do not know how to appreciate their staff. The work environment is horrible. Not all people are great.

You get Jewish holidays off

Cons

Where to begin? No consistency between job description and actual duties. Programs are run by management who refuse to move into the 21st century and thus fail to adopt teaching and/or technological methodologies that support students. Pay is absurdly low, even by academic standards.
