Pros

Freedom to learn at my own pace. Fun, laid back atmosphere. Lots of fun events. Great gym on site. I consider my coworkers from TEP my friends.

Cons

Pay is on the lower end of scale. Lack of advancement opportunities. I was never presented with a career ladder.

Great work culture and atmosphere. Always fun going into the office. Great group of people working here too. That's about it.

Cons

None that I can think of. Don't know why glassdoor requires a 20 word minimum for the cons section. _

Pros

Lots of travel. Can use personal credit card so points add up quick. Laid back office environment

Cons

IT is pathetic. Very little management. Entire company needs to be revamped to increase profitability and keep employees happy.
