Pros

Lots of travel opportunities. Company card for travel, food, snacks, and gear for travel. Certification and education support. Management tends to lead by example.

Cons

Travel could get tiring quickly if not committed. Not great pay increase if you don’t pursue career advancement education or certifications. Overall decent benefits, but far, far from great. My specific job involved climbing cell phone towers, which is not for everyone

Love the people and the culture. Lots of internal support when needed and an overall enjoyable place to spend your time at work.

Cons

Telecom isn't for everyone but once you get used to the pace its certainly not boring or static.
