Pros

Managers all the way to the top are competence in their roles and actually care about their employees. Everyone is open and willing to help when needed and would love to stay with this Company for as long as I can, especially since they are all for internal movement for promotions when seen!

Cons

No cons at all, really couldn’t be happier here!
