-Travel Points (hotels, flights, rentals, etc)

Cons

-No room to move up, you'll stay where you are while getting more responsibility -They lied about how much I'd travel -The insurance isn't great -They often "ask" you to work extra hours for no extra pay (I often worked 60-70 hours per week when I was salaried and had to put 40 hours on my time sheet) -They make you do all expenses, and will hound you about every penny -Toxic work culture
