Very disorganized. lots of managers. salaries and compensation on the lower end.

Good place to work but little area for advancement

Good work environment, Relaxed dress code and daily schedule Opportunity to travel Time available to work in both the field and office

Cons

Not the greatest pay holiday schedule is very unclear not really any room for advancement management could be better bland atmosphere

Good place to start your career and gain initial industry experience. You’ll get exposure to real projects early on, which can help build a foundation in engineering consulting. The team environment is generally supportive for entry-level employees, and there are opportunities to learn basic processes and workflows.

Cons

Salary is significantly below industry standards, especially considering workload and expectations. Compensation does not scale well with experience, making it difficult to see this as a long-term career option. Growth in terms of both pay is limited.
