The ability to grow with the company is amazing! The VP of Operations started out as a CSR and worked her way up in the ranks and is now one of the heads of the company! The Director of HR started out as an MT and they wanted expand her growth which brought her to where she is today! I started as an Office Clerk at Home Office and am now the Recruiting Coordinator for the company! They give you the resources to grow as much as you want to. We have CSRs that have been in the company for 20 years and are happy where they are. No matter your calling Tower Loan will work WITH you to become what you want to be.

Cons

Anywhere you go there are ups and downs but there is NOTHING I can think of that that would be considered a "con".
