      Pros

      Competitive work environment with clear and definitive goals set. Great hands on training with plenty of opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Having to work late hours that can change from week to week. Working collections can be stressful, as well as trying to solicit business

      None, none, none... I'm joking there are a few good things... Mmmmm then again maybe not...

      Cons

      If you're young, enjoy having a life or have kids then you may want to stay away from this place. Have to call and harass people daily to take out loans. They don't in giving off days. Even after you've worked there a year they will still find ways to prevent you from taking off. Long hours you have to go to people's houses to attempt to collect payments... If you're a Manager Trainee low salary with a lot of lonnnnnnnnnng hours... Most are the offices are in country towns. Aww man I could go on and on about what all takes place there...

      A great trainee program, Guarantees that you will become a manager in an office in a year (not many companies can say that), great benefits package

      Field calling, You sometimes have to work late if your numbers are not in line
