Pros

1) Friendly people:- Everyone's quite nice. Cheerful work environment 2)Less hectic work schedule compared to other fabs and foundries.

Cons

1) micromanagement form less informed leadership who change their minds everyday. No one stands up to upper management. 2) poor training. You'd have to learn everything on your own 3) Unclear procedures. Procedure change all the time. You wont be notified or even trained but are expected to know.

Pros

Decent work environment, the people I work with are like a second family. Paid time off Compressed 12 hr work schedule 4 on/4 off/ 3 on / 3 off The company was recently purchased by Intel

Cons

Lots of work, 20 year old equipment. Not much room for growth, it sometimes feels like a "dead end" job. Overworked and undercompensated so you sometimes don't feel appreciated. The company was recently purchased by Intel, too early to tell if this is beneficial for us as current employees.
