TowerJazz in San Antonio is a great place to work as a process engineer. -There are lots of opportunities to make a positive impact -You get a lot of responsibility and freedom -There is always a lot to work on and you'll never be bored -Collaborative work environment with great co-workers -Local management for process engineering is excellent -Pay for performance is good and definitely rewards high performers for their work

Cons

-The pace of work and pressure is high and can be relentless. You definitely need to have good time and project management skills. -Corporate management does not reward employees well for good company performance. Overall, I'm nitpicking a bit. TowerJazz is a good company to work for.
