The company is very short-staffed. The work environment is negative. Salary is 15-20% less than the market value. Employees are generally angry at how they are underpaid or mistreated by the company. Older employees typically have been working here for over 15 years. Most of them feel they are stuck here either because they bought a house or their kids are going to school in the area. There are very few semiconductor companies in this area. Most good young employees leave the company after couple of years. If you have to work here, be sure to negotiate base salary before joining since there will be little or no salary increase every year. The company works on older technology from 90s but still struggles because of old tools and lack of resources in the fab.

Have no real core values to the employees, Put us down and are rather childish lower and upper management. The director equipment talked to and while laughing about how he killed helpless animals and their tails were still wagging after he shot them. Not anyone I really want to work for after hearing this and his laughing about it. They push people to the edge and you can see it all around. Then there raises are based on a system that guaranties that you will not get much, but what's worse is they made money last year but not giving any raises. Make sure you get the most you can because you will get no or very little money during raise time.
