Challenging technical environment that runs very lean

Cons

Very cheap company. Even when making record profits the company took advantage of Covid pandemic to make employees take vacation and withheld 401k match. Employees have zero respect for management and vice versa.

Still feel like you're doing research, except get to work on many different interesting projects--it's never boring. Pay is good and rarely need to work on weekends or after hours. Get to work with operators, specialists, other engineers, equipment team, and yield team.

Cons

TSSA building is dated and a bit depressing. Company culture is lacking: Some employees have bad attitudes. It's difficult to make close friends.
