Little micromanagement allows you to learn your job and become independent good pay near infinite amount of information to learn

Cons

Nightshift is fairly low visibility. You will need to go out of your way to get noticed my managers on dayshift.

Located in Southern California… cant complain about people, weather, and vibe. This company really value their employee and everyone is very friendly.

Cons

Nothing much really. California has high income tax and relatively high cost of living. Thats not companys cons thats just how it is.
