young environment can get to high professional level pretty quickly. the people are good, good engineering school for graduated students

Cons

pays low salaries compare to other companies few opportunities for promotion the management prefer to hire from outside.. many good engineers leaving because of that

they are working four shifts 12 hours a day 3 days to 4 days every week so there is a lot for free days between 14-17 days every month

Cons

salary is not good at least for me because you work in shifts so some weeks you will work morning and next week you will work nights so it's destroying your body
