Pros

Free coffee, overtime is descent with overtime pay and if you work 7 days straight the 7th day is double pay.

Cons

The few usual losers you'll find at all jobs they had a few, you have to stand/walk 10 1/2 hours out of the work day and you get sweaty occasionally.

Pros

Great co-workers, the other technicians are helpful, most times they don't know the answer off the top of their heads, but after looking at the issue with the machine they can most times come up with a solution to the problem. Schedule works in your favor if you like getting multiple days off and they are flexible with time off.

Cons

Management is horrible, from the first line manager...all the way up. The end goal is, are we making the numbers....we are...well push the numbers higher...we need more. Most sections are short staffed causing for increased stress on the other employees who have to carry this burden. Education is the least of their worries, they look for someone that can fill a spot and get the job done.

Relaxed Environment. A lot of effort required to compensate for inefficient and outdated infrastructure and business processes. Most people are good to work with.

Cons

No real direction. Little opportunity for growth. A lot of frustration in many employees. There is more conflict, frustation, and anxiety than there should be.
