Then there raises are based on a system that guaranties that you will not get much, but what's worse is they made money last year but not giving any raises. Make sure you get the most you can because you will get no or very little money during raise time.

A lot of new employees coming and going. Long term employees need time off for Vacations, Illness, and injury's. If you have a good job stay at it if you come here you are probably filling in for a long term employee. This position will probably end bad. If you have no were to go this is a place to make a check for a short time.
