Good atmosphere, professinal and friendly employees, good place to learn and get developed and be involved in many projects

Cons

Sometimes stressfull environment, bonuses and salary raise are not very often, as all semiconductor market the comoany is not always stable

Good place to learn new skills, new knowledge ( because you are the one to drive almost everything, then gain experience by doing it ). As long as you are self-motivated, you can grow very fast ( technically )

Cons

Poor compensation. Career growth wise, too static, not rewarding, can be discouraging. Sometimes, it seems to be too political for a small company like this.
