Working at a company for over 18 years, the homey feeling that the place gave has not been found in many other places I have worked. There are many options for promotion. Tower is a challenging place for those looking for a place to move forward and lead.

Cons

It is necessary to improve the working conditions of the operators and to ensure that the young workers in the company do not leave elsewhere.
